Co-founders Adam Thacker and Jules Rickman-Jenkins had spent years in the thick of business operations - fixing bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and watching companies struggle with clunky tools or half-baked “digital transformations.” When they finally joined forces, they saw the opportunity to do things differently.

Jules
I’ve spent over 20 years in performance content marketing, so moving into AI felt less like a leap and more like a natural next chapter. I was hooked from the start - helping clients understand what AI can really do, training teams, and then diving into automation and agents that actually make businesses easier to run.
My work is about taking away the busywork, automating the parts that waste time, and freeing people up to do the valuable stuff.

I’ve spent most of my career quietly asking why smart businesses make life harder than it needs to be. You’ve seen it too: endless spreadsheets competing for attention, a filing system only Colin from Accounts can decode, or processes so tangled they’d confuse the Minotaur.
My job is to spot these absurdities, untangle them, and prove that working smarter doesn’t need panic, pain, or pricey software nobody asked for.
I’ve worked with giants like Aviva, Verisk, and Ardonagh, as well as ambitious local firms. Across industries, the pattern holds: happier people, simpler processes, and sensible use of data always beat chaos and crossed fingers.
